Olympic silver medallist Zara Tindall has announced that she and her husband, rugby union captain Mike Tindall, are expecting their second child later this year.
The pair have recently been enjoying some time on Australian shores, stepping out at the Magic Millions carnival on the Gold Coast. They attended the Magic Millions barrier draw. Zara is a patron of Magic Millions Racing Women, which promotes racehorse ownership amongst women. In previous years, she has competed in the polo events that are held as part of the carnival.
Zara gave birth to the couple’s first child, Mia Grace, early in 2014, before suffering a devastating miscarriage in 2016 just months after announcing the pregnancy.
The couple’s second child will be 18th or 19th in line for the throne, depending on when William and Kate’s newest edition is born.
