Mary Hanna and Ivanhoe contest CDI3*
Fresh from their FEI World Cup Final appearance in Basel, Australian Mary Hanna and the beautiful Ivanhoe placed ninth in a large CDI3* Grand Prix field with a score of 66.522% to qualify for the CDI3* Grand Prix Special, where they again placed ninth on a score of 67.915%.
It was an all-star CDI3* field, with Jessica von Bredow-Werndl claiming the Special riding Diallo 3 on 72.447%. Semmieke Rothenberger won the Grand Prix riding Farrington on 72.804%.
Isabell Werth with Special Blend 3, Patrik Kittel with Dante’s Herzchen, and Annabella Pidgley with Vamos Amigos all placed highly in both tests.
Fellow Aussie Maree Tomkinson rode Imagine II in the CDI1* Prix St Georges, scoring 62%.
