Tom McDermott & Cooley Gangster claim Sydney Royal Easter Show Grand Prix
By Equestrian Life
The Sydney Royal Easter Show (22 March – 2 April) once again attracted many of Australia’s top show jumpers. One of the key events of the show’s jumping fixture was the final class of the program, the Grand Prix.
In the first round, there were two clears: Tom McDermott and Cooley Gangster, and Stuart Jenkins and Fairview Alicana. In round two, Tom and Gangster remained fault-free, while Stuart and Alicana unfortunately had two rails (8 faults) to end up in second place ahead of Anneliese Wansey and Texas, who finished on a total of 12 faults across the two rounds.
