The trot up is complete and the Grand Prix start times for the Australian dressage team have been released, with Jayden Brown and Quincy B set to be the first Australians into the arena on Tuesday.
Jayden and Quincy B will ride in Group A on Tuesday, alongside strong combinations such as Carl Hester and Fame, Nanna Skogbord Merrald and Zepter, and Dinja van Liere and Hermes among others.
William Matthew will start in Group F with Mysterious Star on Wednesday, where some of the key contenders are Therese Nilshagen and Dante Weltino, and Emmelie Scholtens and Indian Rock.
Simone Pearce is in the final group, Group G, on Wednesday with Destano, where she’ll ride alongside reigning Olympic champions Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and TSF Dalera BB, as well as Hans Peter Minderhoud and Toto Jr. and several others including New Zealand’s Melissa Galloway and Windermere J’Obei W.

Australia will be hoping to rank in the top ten teams at the conclusion of the Grand Prix, thereby qualifying the Grand Prix Special team medal decider. Individually, riders will be hoping to place in the top two in their groups – which is a ticket to the Freestyle individual medal decider. In addition to the top two from each group, the next six best scores across the competition will complete an 18-strong Freestyle field.
