Terry Snow is accustomed to opening his wallet. He is, after all, a long-time Rich Lister and 2017 debutant to the billionaire’s club on the Financial Review Rich List. But the first advice he offered the Canadian-born architect of his legacy project, a horse facility that cost more than $100 million and caters for all equestrian sports, including dressage, showjumping, three-day-eventing, campdrafting and vaulting, was “open your shoulders”.
