Jasmine Dennison and Nicolossi clear the last fence in the World Cup Qualifer at Melbourne Royal, 2018.

18 year old showjumper Jasmine Dennison has won the World Cup Qualifier at the Royal Melbourne Show this afternoon. The young gun produced a stunning clear round in the jump off to win, ahead of some of the country’s top competitors.

Second place went to Aaron Hadlow and Vahlinvader, third went to Katie Laurie and Casebrooke Lomond. Two first-time World Cup riders, Melissa Blaire and Madeline Sinderberry, finished in 5th and 6th – both amazing efforts!

The placings were:
