Competing FEI Level in 2023?
Below is a guide of what you will need to organise to be able to compete at FEI Level.
***Please note for FEI registrations and passport processing we require a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event.***
Please ensure your EA membership is current.
FEI Athlete Registration for the rider needs to be renewed each calendar year.
FEI Horse Registration for the horse needs to be renewed each calendar year.
A Passport for the horse that is current. Not sure what passport you require, please see here for more information; https://www.equestrian.org.au/news/implementation-ea-national-passport-document
If the horse already has a National/FEI Passport/FEI approved Breed Passport check the expiry and renew if needed. For FEI/National passport/ FEI Recognition Card renewal please see link below and you will need to post your passport into us for revalidation.

When posting passports to the EA office please send by registered express post with a tracking number.
