Chris Chugg has won the sixth leg of the Australian World Cup season with PSS Levilensky, the horse with whom he won the Grand Prix at Willinga Park last month.
In the indoor arena at Tamworth, the pair were the only combination from 22 starters to produce a double clear round over the David Sheppard track.
It was Chris’ first World Cup win of the season, after knocking on the door with a second at Caboolture, a fifth at Gatton, and a fourth at Waratah. The pair did not contest Adelaide, and were 13th at Melbourne Royal.
In second place was Jamie Kermond riding Yandoo Oaks Constellation, while Maddison Stephen and Yalambi’s Grazi were third.
Congratulations to all!
