Australian Rider Amber Fuller Shines Alongside World Number 1 in CSI4* Doha Grand Prix

Week 2 of the Doha Tour came to a close on Saturday, with World Number 1 and double World Champion Henrick von Eckermann and mare Glamour Girl (VDL Zirocco Blue x Caletto I) topping the podium of the €200,000 CSI4* Grand Prix.

The combination’s 32.80 second jump off saw them narrowly best French rider Simon Delestre and Dexter Fontenis Z (Diarado x Voltaire Pref) who posted 33.72 seconds. The 19-strong competitor line up in the CSI4* Grand Prix concludes Week 2 of the Doha Tour.  Week 3 is set to start from January 25th to 27th, featuring a CSI 5*, alongside CSI 2* and CSIYH.

Australian combination Amber Fuller and Nopal Van Tallaert (Diamant de Semilly x Pommeau du Heup) placed 7th in the class, with no faults and a time of 41.01. This result comes off the back of a successful week for the combination, with a 6th place on Thursday in the CSI4* 1.50m Art 238.2.1.
